この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、StackWorks Dev（以下「当社」）が提供するSideJob Income Tracker（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく際は、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する条件を定めたものであり、利用者と当社との間の本アプリの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。
当社は、本規約に従って、利用者に対し、本アプリを非独占的に使用する権利を許諾します。
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません:
重要: 本アプリはすべてのデータをお客様のデバイス上にローカルに保存します。当社はデータのバックアップや復元の責任を負いません。

本アプリは収支記録のためのツールであり、税務や会計に関する専門的な助言を提供するものではありません。税務申告や会計処理については、専門家にご相談ください。
本アプリおよび本アプリに関連する一切の知的財産権は、当社または当社にライセンスを許諾している第三者に帰属します。本規約は、利用者に対して、当社または第三者の知的財産権のライセンスを付与するものではありません。
当社は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更、追加、または削除することができます。
当社は、事前の通知なく、本アプリの提供を終了することができます。サービス終了時には、App Storeでの配信を停止し、アップデートを提供しなくなります。
当社は、本規約を随時変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用する場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

All intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.
We may modify, add to, or remove features from the App without prior notice.
We may discontinue the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, we will stop distributing the App on the App Store and cease providing updates.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of our principal office.
