はじめに
この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、StackWorks Dev（以下「当社」）が提供するSideJob Income Tracker（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく際は、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する条件を定めたものであり、利用者と当社との間の本アプリの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。
第2条（利用許諾）
当社は、本規約に従って、利用者に対し、本アプリを非独占的に使用する権利を許諾します。
2.1 許可される使用
- 個人的、非商用目的での使用
- 副業やフリーランス業務の収支管理
- データのエクスポートと個人的な分析
2.2 禁止事項
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません:
- 本アプリの改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング
- 本アプリを第三者に再配布すること
- 本アプリを違法な目的で使用すること
- 本アプリの動作を妨げる行為
- 他の利用者または第三者に迷惑をかける行為
第3条（データの管理）
重要: 本アプリはすべてのデータをお客様のデバイス上にローカルに保存します。当社はデータのバックアップや復元の責任を負いません。
3.1 データの保存
- すべてのデータはお客様のデバイス上に保存されます
- データの管理と保護はお客様の責任となります
- デバイスの定期的なバックアップを推奨します
3.2 データの削除
- 本アプリをアンインストールすると、すべてのデータが削除されます
- 削除されたデータの復元はできません
- 重要なデータは事前にエクスポートして保存してください
第4条（免責事項）
4.1 本アプリの提供
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。当社は、本アプリの正確性、完全性、有用性、特定目的への適合性について、いかなる保証も行いません。
4.2 損害賠償の制限
当社は、本アプリの利用に起因して利用者に生じたあらゆる損害について、一切の責任を負いません。これには以下が含まれます:
- データの損失または破損
- デバイスの故障
- 金銭的損失
- 事業機会の損失
- その他の直接的または間接的な損害
4.3 税務・会計上の助言
本アプリは収支記録のためのツールであり、税務や会計に関する専門的な助言を提供するものではありません。税務申告や会計処理については、専門家にご相談ください。
第5条（知的財産権）
本アプリおよび本アプリに関連する一切の知的財産権は、当社または当社にライセンスを許諾している第三者に帰属します。本規約は、利用者に対して、当社または第三者の知的財産権のライセンスを付与するものではありません。
第6条（アプリの変更・終了）
6.1 変更
当社は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更、追加、または削除することができます。
6.2 サービスの終了
当社は、事前の通知なく、本アプリの提供を終了することができます。サービス終了時には、App Storeでの配信を停止し、アップデートを提供しなくなります。
第7条（規約の変更）
当社は、本規約を随時変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用する場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第8条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SideJob Income Tracker application ("App") provided by StackWorks Dev ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2.1 Permitted Use
- Personal, non-commercial use
- Managing side job and freelance income and expenses
- Exporting and analyzing your personal data
2.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
- Redistribute the App to third parties
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Interfere with the App's functionality
- Harm other users or third parties
3. Data Management
Important: The App stores all data locally on your device. We are not responsible for backing up or recovering your data.
3.1 Data Storage
- All data is stored on your device
- You are responsible for managing and protecting your data
- We recommend regular device backups
3.2 Data Deletion
- Uninstalling the App will delete all data
- Deleted data cannot be recovered
- Export important data before deletion
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
4.1 As-Is Basis
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We make no guarantees about the App's accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
4.2 Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including:
- Data loss or corruption
- Device malfunction
- Financial losses
- Loss of business opportunities
- Direct or indirect damages
4.3 Tax and Accounting Advice
The App is a tool for recording income and expenses. It does not provide professional tax or accounting advice. Consult with professionals for tax filing and accounting matters.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.
6. Changes and Termination
6.1 Changes
We may modify, add to, or remove features from the App without prior notice.
6.2 Service Termination
We may discontinue the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, we will stop distributing the App on the App Store and cease providing updates.
7. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of our principal office.
